Flying Saucer; $pd fifcteors Are Getting Mixed Up-OO'Flying saucers and meteors are getting a hit mixed up about the place.On Monday evening many Mutfgee people sa\y a pretty brilliant meteor, but in other parts of the district the observers were quite convinced that the flying saucer season was on again. At Coolah, Dunedoo. Merriwa and Cas-stlis the celestial visitor caused a lot of comment.The assistant shire clerk of Coolah Shire, Mr. Len Hou-lahan. said: “It was flying very high and travelled very fast to the north-east.As it passed over the town there was a terrific rumbling noise. Buildings shook.It was heart-shaped, and was spouting a multi-colored llame from the back. The llame was blue, green and red. In my opinion it was not a shooting star.FUNNY FEELINGMr. Marsden Hobby, guilder, of Coolah. said that the object passed directly over him.“I got a funny feeling Inmy stomach as it went over,”lie said.It was heart-shaped and loll a rainbow reflection behind it. The flame from Uwas many colours, but chiefly bluish.“It was travelling pretty high and very fast. About a minute after it went over there was a rumbling noise.Mr. J. E.
