Kuitwaard, 23, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jan Kuitwaard, 1008 Independence, completed a four-week chaplain enlisted assistant technician course at the Armv Chaplain School, Ft Hamilton, N.Y.During the course, he was taught skills needed to assist the Army chaplain in his mission to serve soldiers.Subjects included in the course range from history ind missions of the chaplaincy and fundamentals of eadership to combat o persons and military wed-tlngs and funerals.Kuitwaard entered the Army in September, 1968, ipd was last stationed at Ft. Polk, La.He graduated in 1964 from Pella Community High School and received a BA degree in economics in 1968 from Central Cplfege.
