Rear Admiral James L. Hollo way, Jr., paid a return call upon Mayor Roscoe C. Rowe this morn ing In his office In City Hall. He was accompanied by Flag Secretary, Lt. Ralph Leedy. They chatted i normally and the Mayor presented his staff to the Admiral. On hand were Police Chief George W. Rawlings, Lt. J. Walter Musterman, City Commissioner Harry Bean, Treasurer G. Turner Quaid, Assistant Treasurer Addie R. Tongue and Assistant Clerk Mary L. Kerchner. The mall was a return call for that paid yesterday by Mayor Rowe to Admiral Holloway at the Naval Academy. The Navy public relations office said “the continuing of perfect re lations between the city and the Naval Academy were discussed.
