FROM TCLLABOMA.Nsv You. July 22.—A despatch from Toltebont of th* 18th lost, says Col. Eighty bead of the a took and 42 of tbo negroes ..were taken from On, Bishop Polk.Several skirmishes were had, re sol ting in the killing of 10 guerillas and the cap tore of five commissioned officer* and fifty privates.Col.
