Lafollette, Esq., bis Attorney, filed his complaint herein, and also an affidavit, trout which it appears that a cause of action exists herein against the defendant; that said cause of action is fouuded upon a contract, and the de-fcntlant is not a resident of the State of Indiana.Therefore, the said Thomas S. Gunn is hereby notified of the (tendency of this action, and that the same wilt stand for trial at the uext term of the Court of Common pleas of Floyd county, to be hidden at the Court House in the city of New Albany, on the fourth Monday in September, 18f»2.
