Lester Coiner To Answer Speeding Charges After Pine Street Crash, Lester Coiner sustained chest and hip injuries when a Studebaker touring car which he was driving sideswipped the Whippet sedan of Dr. W. W. Cecil at 8:15 p. m. yesterday turning it over. Mrs. C. W W. Caster who was riding in the Cecil car sustained severe bruises while other occupants of the car received minor bruises. Cecil was driving south on North Vine street and Cosner was going north and was said to be speeding when he ran into the Cecil car near Hotel Seville. The fenders were torn off the Cecil car while a front wheel and fenders were torn off the Coiner car. Coiner was unable to appear in municipal court this morning to answer charges for speeding.
