A banquet will be held, at which B. J. Palmer will speak. Arrangements for his visit were made through Mr. Hamilton and Mr. Ferguson of this city, who have charge of the arrangements for the state convention.Recently B. J. Palmer received the Napoleon Hill “Golden Rule Medal,” which is awarded by a disinterested committee to those who, in its opinion, are rendering the greatest service to humanity in their chosen fields of endeavor. Thepurpose of the award is to popularize the application of the Golden Rule to business and industry. The decision to award the medal this year to B. J. Palmer was based largely on the number of votes which he received. A great many distinguished people all over the world were polled by the committee for this purpose. Woodrow Wilson ran second to B. J. Palmer in the votes received, and was closely followed by Harriet Lu-ella McCollum, a distinguished lecturer on applied psychology. — (The Union, New Haven, Conn., June 21, 1922.)
