tJEGAi; NOTICES.SUPREME COURT — Coo sty Diof Essex. mtSherman Collegiate Institute da Plaintiff against SiPatrick Grab am, Anna Graham, pi his wife, John Graham, A no Graham, p his wife, Bernard Graham, Michael ut Graham, Thomas Graham Ruth se Graham his wife and Prank Graham.Defendants. ^In pursuance of a judgment oftcforeclosure and sale, duly granted in the above entitled action by theSupreme Court on the 14th day ofAJune 1909, and entered in the officeof the Clerk of the County of Essex on the 28th day of June, 1909, I the undersigned referee, in and by the said judgment, for that purpose duly appointed, will sell at public auction j at the office of B. B. Bishop in the ! town of Moriah, County of Essex, N. Y, being the county where the premises hereinafter described are situate, oa the 14th day of August 1909 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon of that day, ail the real estate and mortgaged premises in and by the said judgment directed to be sold and therein described as follows viz: All that tract or Parcel of Land, situate in the town of Moriah County of Essex and State of New York, and being part of lot number seven (7) In Springs and Sharp’s Patent so-called, and described and bounded as follows, to wit; On the south the highway running easterly anci westerly through said lot: On the west by lands of Levi Barker; on the north aud east by lands of Carlo H, Broughton, and being the same premises conveyed to Hiram S. Sprague, late of the town of Moriah, deceased, by Thomas Alversra anc wife by deed dated August 16tb 1837, and recorded in Essex County clerks office in Liber 2, of deeds on pages 72 73, aud by deed dateccl1‘ July 29. 1837, aud recorded in thele same 0Fftce in Liber 2, of deeds on ik pages 54 55.Df Excepting and reserving foreverx fron this conveyance one and one' half acres ol said land in the south»1, cast corner thereof heretofore con veyed by said Hiram S.
