FOUND IN COURT.The State of Indiana on relation of Miss Maggie Grossman arrested Mr. William Tekulve here on Monday evening. That is to say the State in the person of Marshal Dettmer made the capture. The charge was that Mr. Tekulve was the father of her unborn child. Mr. Tekulve plead guilty to the charge, told G. W. Gely-in, attorney for the lady, that he was willing to marry her, gave a recognisance bound of $500 with Mr Sudding as bondsman, agreed to haye the rites solemnized on or before Thursday July 28, and wasrealeased by Squire Stowe. So it may be said that Miss Grossman found a husband in court.
