— Tlie Centreville Observer reports the following land sales: Messrs. T. J. tfc B. P. Keating, sold on Saturday last the Elfred Price farm on Kent Island to Alex. C. Lowery, for $36 per acre, aggregating about $10,887. At the same time Messrs. A. Randolph Weedan and B. Palmer Keating sold the Western Bay and Kent Point farms, the former being purchased by Win. P. Tanner at $30 per acre, aggregating $5,100. Kent Point was purchased by Jas. F. Cray at $22 per acre, aggregating $3,850. The whole amount of sales reaching nearly $20,000.
