Samuel Amiable, JudgeJohn Baker, Adm’r of the ^Estate of John Breeze, \ Petitiondec’d. } ofvs. - j Insolvency.The Creditors of said dec’d. jNOW at this time comes John Baker, Administrator of the Estate of John Breeze, deceased, and files his petition, shewing clearly that said Estate is insolvent. It is therefore ordered, that notice of the pendency of this petition be given to the creditors of said estate, by publication in the Indiana Statesman, a weekly newspaper published at New Harmony, Indiana, for the term of six weeks successively; and that unless the creditors of said estate notify the Administrator of the existence and extent of their claims,; by filing the same or a statement thereof in the office of the Clerk of this Court, previous to the final distribution of the assets of said estate, their claims will be postponed in favor of the more diligent creditors.
