John Crowe, of Odell, was declared insane by a lunacy commission some time ago and application was made for his admission to the state asylum at Indian apolis. The application was granted and an officer was sent to Odell last Thursday to remove the unfortunate man to the asylum. When the officerarrived he found that Mr. Crowe had expired a short time before his arrival. Although Mr. Crowe was a pleasant and genial man and well liked by his neighbors, yet death in this case may almost be called a welcome visitor.
