Three Arrested inAttempted Burglary Of Doctors Officesayletatreushers.€0hein-id-re-ct-heaydeeean'erenlatsy-ra-neitsra-:drTwo men and a juvenile from New ■Athens have been arrested and__co_n-fined in the County jail for the break-in and attempted burglary of the offices of Dr. R. A. Roesterer M. D, and Dr. A. G. Koesterer, D. D. S., at 302 West Washington. The incident occurred at 11:45 o’clock Tuesday night.An alert neighbor, noticed the flashing of lights inside and notified the police department. When the police arrived, 22-year-old Steve Lybar-ger and the juvenile were inside the building. Found in their possession were plastic bags containing 500 medical syringes, $120 cash and personal effects removed from Dr. A. G. Koesterer’s desk. Another man, believed to be an accomplice, was found' in a nearby parked car He was identified as Robert Bush. All three suspects gave their addresses as New Athens.Police Officer Albert Kassing was the arresting officer, with assistance being received from St. Clair County Sheriff deputies. Entry to the medical offices was gained through a window on the east side of the building
