By Mary Hungate Several of the Lima business men met Monday,for the purpose of organizing a volunteer fire de partment. Rupert Bammert was elected fire marshal and plans were made for another meeting Thurs day. At the Thursday meeting the time was spent, inspecting and putting into usable shape some of the hose and equipment. Mr. Bammert has announced that another meeting, will be held July 21 at the Show Hall where ‘movies’ are’ to” Be ‘shown on Fire and Prevention of Fires. The pic tures are loaned by the Forest Service. Every man, woman and child is invited to attend this free show.
