HANKS HOME SOLD.The beautiful two-story home of Mr. Willie Banks on College street was sold the past week by the User Realty Company, Mr. W. P. Pope, the cotton buyer, being the purchaser, who will take possession of the .same on the first of September. %Mr. and Mrs. Banks will take possession of their Ward No. 1 home, at present occupied by Mr. Harvey Savage. The property sold is one of the handsomest homes in the city and a valuable property.
