Harlan, member of Congress from the eleventh District, had backed out from ids position on the. Nebraska question. We are pleased to be informed by the delegates from Grant county, who are intimately acquainted with Mr Harlan, andjehO have seen and conversed with him lately, that there is no ground for the intimation,—-that he stands firm.
