Mr. and Mrs. Ludwig Kovacic, » I proprietors, are congenial folks, j their aim being to give all their ] ! patrons the homelike atmospere, ( that we Vets really appreciate. As we walked into the Barn . the waitresses were eagerly• waiting to serve all comers. Mary Gregoire, Tina and Milly Kovacic makeup the waitress list with “Jackie” Boyd and Mary Kovacic as the “hamburg-• er girls.” And boy, are those'. hamburgers ever delish!. | Johnny Ap and his orchestra, j have played at the Barn every Saturday nite, for the past four years. That’s quite a swell re-, 'cord, Johnny and we’re still in love with your renderings.Behind the bar in the cafe is | Mrs. Mary Zadel, who efficiently J and happily serves. You looked very chic with your up-sweep hair do, Sat. nite, Mary!Stella Manello tends bar in the Barn and always has a ready smile to meet any occasion.Taking in a few beers, and of course, not missing the sights, were Tony Sustarsic and Frank Walland.Frank Krashoc, so fond of the C. W. that he used all his spare nickels to keep it playing. (A hint) It’s a popular record.
