Alfred Crisp, murdered by unknown negroes Monday night were held Thursday morning from his late residence at Hope, the services being i conducted by Rev Dr Wm Westwoodof this city under the auspices of the Elks lodge, No 1376, of this city, of which Mr Crisp was a member Mr Crisp was born in Missouri, March 20, 1873, moving with his parents to Minnesota when 5 years of ageHe was married to Josephine Tenney, Nov 15, 1898, in Minnesota, they removing to Hope, Idaho 20 years ago where they have since resided Three children survive, Irene, Orville and Maxine, together with three brothers. Charles of Marcus, Wash, who Was In attendance at the iu-ueral, James of California and Zina of St Paul, Minn., two sisters, Mrs Fred Smith of St Paul and Elsie Nelson of Council Bluffs, Iowa. His cousin. Ben Crisp, and family reside at Hope while Marion S Crisp, another cousin, resides at Cedar Creek, Idaho.The funeral services were largely attended by friends from Sandpoint, Hope, Kootenai and other nearby places where Mr Crisp was well and favorably know*.VF
