Commissioners' Proceedings,Board of County Cdmmleflloners met pursuant to law Monday, July 8, at 10 o'clock a. m.* present, L- B. Levericb chairman, Edgar M. Allred and Samuel E. Hymaa commissioners, and W. Perkins, district 17Bucket be and are hereby appointed viewers to view said road on this day and file their report at this session of the board.Comes now the complaint of Fred Stauffer et that an obstruction has been placed 'jfa the county road where it entera thev premises of N. M, Williams; that this road has been traveled by public for the past twenty years lt;md ^graying that this obstruction be removal and the road declared open tq the public.
