John Beasy, a Farmer, Killed While Harvesting Oats.LAFAYETTE, Ind., July 18.—John Beasy, a fartner living near Chalmers,was killed yesterday afternoon. While*driving a binder in his oatsfield the horses ran away. After the team had been stopped by his sons, they found their father lying near where the team started with his head crushed and his} neck broken. It is presumed that he was oiling the machine when the runaway occurred, and was caught under the masterwheel. He leaves a wife and six children.
