Big Boy Picks New DirectorsThe annual shareholders meeting of JB’s Big Boy Family Restaurants was held at the company offices in Salt Lake. It was announced that the board of directors had been increased from three to seven;The board is comprised of J.M. Broberg of Glendale, Calif., chairman, Thomas Godfrey, Salt Lake City; Dr. William G. Slight, Glendalep Calif.; the four new additions to the hoard are: Paul W. Warner, Sr. vice president of Murray; Clark D. Jones, vice president, finance, Salt Lake City; Leo A. Hansen, Jr., Spokane (formerly of Uo’s Big Boy recently acquired by JB’s) and Wallace E. Broberg, Sr., Salt Lake City.
