Morris, in tliia city, and transacted the following business:Members of committee present.E. Morris, Elk Point;8. 8. Adams, Big Sioux; John Tucker, Civil Bend; Andrew Anderson, Hrule; Andrew Omdahl. Spink; John Heiberg, Sioux Valley.On motion Mr. Anderson was elected Secretary protem.On motion the apportionment of delegates to each township was fixed. (See call in another place.)On motion the time and plaoe for holding the County Convention was fixed at the Court House in E'k Point, August 15,1888, at 2 o’clock p. m.It was recommended that the several township caucus** be held on the 10th day of August, prior to the convention.On motion the committee adjourned to meet at Elk Point on the 15th day of September next.E.
