Ward and John Holland, Efqr's. having beenduly fuinmoned to attend this term as Grand Jurors, and their names being called, did make default : It is ordered that they be fined in the fum of Forty Dollars, un-lefs they fhall (hew good and iulficient caufc of excufe, by an affidavit to be made before fome Judge or Julticcofthe Peace, and file the fame with the Clerk otthis Court, on or before the firfi day ot the next Term, to be held at Au-gulU—And this rule be pubiifhed in the Gazette four weeks fucceflivcly, that the faid defaulters may have due notice thereof.
