Bids called on “Gasbuggy”The Nevada Operations Office of the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission is seeking bids on work to be performed under three separate contracts for Project Gas-buggy—a gas stimulation experiment using nuclear e.xplosives.Bids are being sought for well logging services, well cementing services, and drilling an instrument hole to a total depth of 4,725 feet at the Gasbuggy site some 55 air miles east of Farmington, New Mexico.
