He said that at 2.15 p.m. he was scanning the sky when a ; bright disc-shaped object shot from lone bank of clouds and proceeded at a great speed across the skv until obscured by more clouds. It was travelling in an easterly direction. at an irregular speed. A trail jf of white vapour appeareo in its! wake. He said he was convinced (t the saucer'’’ was man-made. :v
