Attention, Ladies!The Lakeside Summer School of ForeignMissions, which opens July 27 and closes Friday night, August 1, is planning for someinteresting events. On Tuesday night a banquet in honor of the faculty and officers willbe held at Camp Wesleyan, with the youngwomen as hostesses. All the women attending the school are invited to be present.Dr. W. E. Bancroft is in charge of all thepageants this year, and has prepared one for Wednesday night, entitled, “Move Forward.”On the closing night a beautiful pageant,“The Victory Glorious,” will be put on byDr. Bancroft on the Lakeside pier.Mrs. F. I. Johnson is in charge of the methods hour, and this is an assurance that therewill not he a dull moment. Mrs. .Frederick B. Fisher, recently returned from India, andMiss Jeanette Einerich will speak at a number of the sessions. Don’t miss the rare privilege of hearing these ladies.Dr. James Endicott will speak on Sunday night, and Bishop Adna Wright Leonard willgive an address on “A New Day In Japan”on Friday night.All Methodist women in the contiguous territory should plan to attend these sessions. Lakeside is more beautiful than ever this summer. Every member of the family will find something of interest and pleasure therewhile you are absorbing information and inspiration at the summer school.
