Alice C. FravelIRVONA — Alice C. Fravel, 84, of Irvona died Tuesday, July 14, 2009, at Tyrone Pike.Born July 2, 1925, at Gazzam, she was a daughter of John and Anna K. (Olson) Clark.She was a graduate of Clearfield High School.Mrs. Fravel was a self-employed hairdresser.On June 28, 1965, in Virginia, she wed Andrew K. Fravel.She is survived by a son, John Fravel of Irvona; a brother, William Clark of Irvona; a sister, Janet Bond of Ashland, Ky.; and several nieces and nephews.Mrs. Fravel was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; three brothers, Robert, Aaron and John; and two sisters, Christine McMasters and Betty Cillo,Services will be held Saturday, July .18, at 11 a.m. at Lloyd-Dimmiek Funeral Home Inc., Irvona, with the Rev. Richard Engle officiating.Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. Friday, July 17, at the funeral home.Interment will be at Fruithill Cemetery, Ansonville.
