Ed W«]*h Rite* Held At Deerfield ChurchFuneral services were held■Wednesday, July 8th, fur Bd-gar D. Walsh, 78, who died Satu r day, July 4th, in Ms home at Leslie, Arkansas.Mr. Welsh was a former resident of Deerfield township and well known in this ■community. The Conway Funeral Home was in charge, and a family prayer service was held there before the 2 p.m. church sfirvitp.efi, Deerfield church.Burial was in the Deerfield cemetery. He is survived by ihis widow, fi^e daughters? Mrs, Floyd Carr,of Newport, Minn.,. Mrs. Elmer Tripp, Charles City, Mrs. Willard Peterson, Chicago, HI., Mrs. Robert Toal, Sibley and one son, Dee Waller, Rockford, Mrs. Leroy Welsh, at St. Cecelia. There are thirteen grandchildren.
