|Stockholders Do Not Sell to Interstate Amusement Company. ‘The deal for the sale of the lease on the new Forsyth-st. theater to the Interstate Amusement Company has fallen thru, and the local stock com pany, which has leased the theater, re tains possession. The Interstate Amusement Company had offered to purchase the stock of the several stockholders at two for one and this proposition was accepted. At a conference, however, the stockhold ers and Mr. Hoblitzer, representing the amusement company, failed to get to gether on other terms in connection with the operation of the theater, and the deal was called off. The theater will play Morris vaude ville, as announced.
