Mayor stebmns office was a hot place for a time last evening, as a result of a neighborhood row. Sirs. Tony Corso and Mrs. Joe Reno were wroth with Mr. and Mrs. Ben Shay and were eager to have an arrest made, alleging that the Italian children of the complainants were mis-' treated by the sons and daughters of Erin in Iowa City. The mayor pacifically advised against a race war in Iowa City, and finally the indignant visitors were placated, and went quietly away. No arrests followed. The Cover liosirn nf SneiviM fnr
