The house and-lot east oi the above and known as 1101 West Fifth. Is to go to Charles. -Maty and Rosa are given the house and- lot known as No. 420 Myrtle etreet, and JBmma Schocker (nee Poppe) Is to receive $320. To the son Johannes and daughter Aivine,'he’gives *‘$5 each and no mote.” -Thoae ot the children who receive real estate are to pay the legacies in proportion to the valuation of the property which is . to be appraised, none of the pieces to be appraised higher than $800.
