JUDSON GEORGE ELLIOTJudson Elliot, 57, Strawberry Point, drowned on July 8, 1976 while on a fishing trip toWisconsin. Services were held Monday. July 12, at Emanuel Lutheran Church, Strawberry Point. Military graveside services were held at the Strawberry Point Cemetery.Judson George Elliot was born on September 3, 1918 to George and Millie (Steffen) Elliot. He was married to Evelyn Fredrick.Judson was a life-long farmer in the Strawberry Point area and a veteran of WW U. He was a member of the Strawberry Point American Legion Post and enjoyed hunting and fishing.He is survived by his wife, Evelyn, one daughter, Julie A. Elliot, Strawberry Point; three sons, George A. of Arlington; William J. of Aberdeen, Scotland; Thomas J. of Strawberry Point; his mother, Mrs Millie Elliot from Mountain Grove, Mo.; two sisters, Mrs William (Ila) Donaldson of Kansas City, Mo., and Mrs Leslie (Mary) Mason, Memphis, Tenn.Judson was preceded in deathby his father and one daughter.
