Rex Reddell, mayor of Anson and in business here has entered suit. through his attorneys, Smith and Smith, against the T. P. railway for $50,000 damages. In the suit Mr. Reddell charges the railway company with failure to recognize his seniority with the company when the A. S. line from Abilene to Anson and Hamlin was abandoned. Mr. Reddell had worked for the company for twenty years, the last line of which was as depot agent were.
