Guilford Man Ordered to State Hospital No. 2Ernest Nelson Adjudged Insane This Morning Before the County CourtIn Special Session.Ernes? Nelson, age 32 years, of Guilford, was adjudged insane before the county court this morning in special session and ordered sent to thestate hospital No. 2 at M. Joseph. Hewas examined by Dr. F. M. Rvan, county physician, and Dr. J. A. Lara bee of Barnard. It is the opinion of the physicians that he is suffering from delusions, and believes that ev eryone in the community, even to hiswife and children, were against him.Complaint was filed by his brother, Alva Nelson. He will probably be tak en to fSt. Joseph late this afternoon by Sheriff L. B. Campbell.Ernest NeNon was brought to Mary ville last night by Deputy Sheriff John Raseo of Barnard. Nelson put up re* sistance and according to reports it is said Raseo lost a good shirt before the man was subdued.This is the second time that Nelson has been brought before the county court this year. The charge of cruel tv to his wife was brought against him, as it was reported to the court this morning he beat her just recently-. Nelson served with the colors *during the World War.
