M., ALL THE LOT OF GROUND AND IMPROVE MENTS lying in the City of Baltimore and described as follows: 3 Beginning for the same on the east side of Abell street at the distance of forty five feet southerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the east side of Abell street and the south side of Thirty first street, and at the centre of a parti tion wall there situate, and running thence southerly binding on the east side of Abell street fifteen feet to the centre of another partition wall. there situate; thence, easterly parallel with Thirty-first street through the centre of the partition wall last mentioned and continuing the same course in all one hundred feet to the west side of an alley eleven feet wide there situate; thence northerly parallel with Abell street binding on the west side of said alley, with the use thereof in com mon fifteen feet to intersect a line drawn easterlye from the beginning parallel with Thirty-first street and through the centre of the partition wall first above men tioned; and thence westerly reversing said line and binding thereon one hundred feet to the beginning.
