The new owner is Mark B. Morris and he will assume charge of the stable tonight. For some time Mr. Morris has not been engaged in business, but for some years conducted a stable now owned and operated by Ketchum on Market street. In this deal Mr. Sehneeber-ger get two pieces of property on North street. One is No. 508 and the other 513, the first valued at $1,000 and the latter at $1,800. He also gets two lots on Sixteenth street valued at $900. $800 in cash makes the total price that the received for his stablereach, $-1,500.
