The Building Committee Decides to Rush the Construction This Season. The Building to Cont About $10,000, and to Coast of Two Store Room, A Public Hall and a Double Lodge Hall. Charles A. Rieman, D. W. Andre, i Green Wooda, Dr. F..D. White and [J. ] Leonard, the Odd Fellows’ building committee, met last night, and after organising, decided upon the general outlines of their pro posed new building, and, also, they agreed to have plans made and pro ceed with the construction, 60 as to the least get the building under roof the present season. The building is to be 41 foot front by 107 feet deep, and three stories high, with a basement. The front of the basement is for the use of the two store rooms on the first floor, while the rear is to be used for steam heating apparatus. The first floor will consist of two store rooms with fourteen foot ceilings, and an eight foot hall or stairway. The second floor is to be a public hall, with kitchen and other conven iences, and is to have a sixteen foot ceiling. The third floor is to be used entirely for lodge purposes, and is to have an eighteen foot ceil ing. Besides the ante rooms, prop erty rooms and reception room, it is to be divided into two lodge rooms— one for work, the other for the ordi nary business of the lodge. They start out with the intention of putting up the building at a cost of $10,000.
