Rhodes in early life was connected with the steamboat system on the lakes, subsequently he settled a* a fanner in Manitoba, and finally in Rapid City as a Botcher. He was favorably known in bis business connection aud well liked by all. He leavesbehind huu a wife and family to mourn his loss. The funeral on Saturday was largely attended by sympathising fnends. e tern der our sincere sympathy to the Widow and family in this their great bereavement.
