First Group of Dutch Immigrants ArriveNEW YORK (NC) — The first group of Dutch immigrants to arrive in the United States as part of the resettlement program of theCatholic Relief Serviees-National Catholic Welfare Conference, has reached here.They are nine families, totaling 40 persons. They migrated under the Refugee Relief Act of 1950. Under this act, which expires at the end of this year, 17,000 visas were authorized fur the Netherlands. Approximately 3,400 have been issued.
