has been heavy and a number of important cases reached a. settlement.At the session of court this morning I the case of Blla Stace vs. Benjamin ! Stace was settled and a divorce granted the plaintiff upon payment of costs. It will be remembered the plaintiff in this action petitioned for dvorce on the grounds that the defendant had been convicted of felony.
