He Pa led out in songs of victory and the an* c^( dience joined heartily in the choruses, b® The petition to have the Prohibition ticket on the official ballot was present-ed for signatures and received thirty- sa' nine names, several of whom will vote v0 the ticket this fall for the first lime. co The signers included six ministers, h® There were nine new names added to ®v the membership of the club, one woman who is a new member bringing in three others.It was young people’s night, the pro gram being a consideration of the subject of how to interest them in Prohibi tion. Thomas Sims led the discussion in an interesting way. He showed how young people are often hampered in this work and related several spicy personal experience with an M. E. pastor who attempted to curb the members of his Epworth League when they introduced prohibition in their meet ings.
