% Ho«( HrllliAiit UrdilliitfA genuine German wedding occtired in this city yesterday, the contracting parties being Mr, Fred Iterg-man, a respectable and indtifitrious tradesman of this city, and Mias Louisa Situer, only daughter of M. Sauer, Kmj , the undertaker. The ceremony took place last evening at 7 o’clock at the Lutheren Church on Nigh Street,the Rev. Kiintworth, officiating. The Church was crowded with spectators, and the scene at the altar was one of unusual brilliancy. Miss Saiici looked sweet in a robe of grey silk, orange blossoms, white veil, white kids and slippers. The groom wore the conventional blackv with vest, white tie and white kids. The attendant to the bride was Miss Kate Wittenberg, while Mr. John Bergman, of Dubuque,performed tliut otllce for his brother, the groom. A grand reception took place at Turner Nall, (which was hired expressly for that purpose) after the marriage. The wedding feast, which embraced an abundance of good things, followed this ceremony, after which there w as dancing and other social enjoyments wldch were kept up until a lute hour.
