SHERIFF SALE.NOTICE is hereby given, that by virtue of a Special Executon Issued from the office of the Clerk of the District Court of the State of Iowa, within and for the County of Linn, in favor of James F. Hervey, and against Harrier it. Sawyer, Hiram Jenkins and James Sawyer and to me directed, I did on the sixth day of July, A. 1. ISM, levy upon the Real Estate therein described to wit;—the west three fourths of the southwest quarter, of the south-west quarter of Section one tl) in township eighty-five (HO) North of range six (() West of the fifth principal ^Meridian situated within the County of Linn and State of Iowa, as the property of the said defendants, and will offer the mime or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy said special Execution for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder, for ready money, at the front door of the Court House iti said County, on ?!♦■ U’th day of August, A.
