Mrs. Ruth Wikoff, head librar ian, announced early this week that the library received 722 books during June. Mrs. A. W. French, widow of the late Major Archie French who was a former University instruc tor of physical education, donated more than 70 physical education books, and a former principal of the Eastwood public school, Miss D. B. Lantrip, gave the library several volumes of Kipling. ~% COLLECTION OF Dickens’ complete works was presented to the library by F. M. Law Jr., son of a member of the University Board of Regents, and the Escrol lus society, architectural organ ization, donated over 500 volumes.
