Dora Ann, daughter of Enoch and Mahala Carter was born Feb. 27, 1866 in Putnam county, Mo., and departed this life at her home in Unionville a July 8, 1949, making her age 83 . 4 months and 11 days. _ On April 11, 1889 at the home of Enents, she was united in go to Martin Luther Cullor. To this union eight children were run. She was preceded in death by her husband on September 11, 1944 and by two daughters, Minnie El len and Dora Gertrude She is survived by three daugh ters, Mrs. Laura Skipper, Powers ville, Mo., Mrs. Bessie Hamilton, Unionville, Mo , and Mrs. Marietta Camp, Desa Moines, Ilown. Three sons, Richard E., Martin K., and Robert L. all of Unionville, Mo. Also Mrs. Pearl Conner of New town, Mo., a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Culler, and a gra daughter that she and Mr Culler reared, fifteen other grandchild ren, twenty-two great grandchild ren and a host of other relatives and friends, Mrs. Cutlor’s faith was firmly fixed in Jesus as her Savior and near the end she comforted her children with a re-declaration of her faith and assuring them that all was well and she was happy. For as she quoted, “The Lord is my shepherd.” ‘She aA be sadly missed by all who knew her for to know her was to love her. Fun services at Baptist church Sunday afternoon at 1:30 under direction of Comstock Funer al Home with Chas. W Halbrook officiating. Interment in the Cullor cemetery.
