Ex-Lawyer Accused of Doing Some More Fine Work, Frank Munn seems determined to adhere to the unlawful practice of his peculiar kind of law, notwithstanding the fact that he has been disbarred, and the vnty detective force is now after him because of a deal that he made yesterday. A search warrant was sworn out by Mr. 5, 8, Switzer. In the hope and expectation of recovering three souvenir spoons that were taken from its residence, and which he had reason to believe were concealed in the residency of a Mr. Ander son. In the absence of City Prosecutor Cochran from the city, the duties of that office are performed as Major Miler, and it was in the face of the latter gentleman that the com plaint was drawn. It seems that Munn has access to the office, and he overheard what was to be done. Making corrupt use of the information thus secured, it is charged that he at once hurried to Mr. Anderson, who is an honest, industrious man, And represented to him that it would be necessary for him to have the services of an attorney, such as he claimed to be. It is further stated that believing what was told him, Anderson advanced some money to Munn, who ac cepted it and agreed to look after his inter ests in the case. The ground on which the authorities now propose to make it warm for Munn is that he interfered with the law by attempting to prevent the service of the warrant, but conspired to defeat its object, and that he also represented himself to be an attorney when he was not one, and that by these representations he obtained money under false pretenses.
