Janie Tijerina, 39, of 309 C S. Mantz St., was charged in Justice Court Friday with possession of heroin following her arrest, and he alleged recovery of seven “papers” of heroin from her residence Thursday evening. The heroin, which police said carries a present day street Value of $25 a “paper,” weighed a half-gram each, according D. Carl Bellis, a second-in command officer in the police department Investigations Division, who took part in the arrest. Bellis said the heroin was recovered outside the rear door after a search warrant had been obtained from Justice of the Peace Afeed C. Baass. Baass. — . fee Bonds Posted Trinidad Estrada, 15, of Bloomington, posted two $1,500 bonds at the sheriffs office Friday afternoon on two charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Estrada was charged with striking Daniel Garcia, and his wife, Tomasa, 28, both also of Bloomington, on their heads with a claw hammer last Sunday night at the home of Mrs. Robert Estrada at Bloomington during an argument. The Garcia couple was reared and released at De Tar hospital where they taken in an ambulance from the Bloomington Volunteer Fire Department. The bonds on the felony charges were set by Justice of the Peace Alfred C. Raass. Charge Filed A burglary of a building Charge was lodged in Justice Court Friday against John Susiga, 18, of 726 Timber Drive, in connection with a July 3 break-in at the YH Top Cafe on Goliad Highway. Susiga and a 1é-year old companion were arrested at a residence near the cafe the same day by Deputy Sheriffs Tommy Rakowitz and John Rush, Sgt. Pete Brown, Iden tification Officer Robert Acree and Reserve ier Ray Mexander. The younger boy was referred to the Victoria County Probation Department for the break-in and for aggravated assault on a police officer Rush. He allegedly took a swing at the officer following the arrest. Suniga was placed under a $5,000 bond Friday afternoon by Justice of the Peace Alfred C. Haass.
