Janet Lynn Smith and Russell T. Kelley were married Satur day at First Baptist Church, Winnsboro. Rev. Dan Hubbell officiated for the double ring ceremony. Music was by Mrs. Don Winkle. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Homer A. Smith of Winnsboro. Mr. and Mrs. Roland R. Kelley are parents of the bridegroom Sharon Ann Smith of Houston, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Becky Foster of Atlanta, Ga., Kathy Kilgore of New Orleans, La. Mary White of Galveston, Bryna Bigby and Mrs. John Schofield of Austin, Tommy Townsend of Austin was best man. Groomsmen were Bill Zapalac, Harrison Cale, and Hilry S. Stroup, all of Austin, Nathan R. Brandon of Houston and Richard R. Lee of Dallas Ushers were Jerry Sisemore, Scott Palmer, Jim Bertleson, Gary Peterson, Randy Wilson, Danny Cox and Bob Kelly, all of Austin, and Galt Graydon of Dallas The bride was presented in marriage by her father. She wore a formal length gown of candlelight silken organdy. The empire bodice and wedding ring neckline of English net were enhanced with pearl accented alencon lace. They softly gathered skirt with motifs of lace and pearls extended to a chapel length train. Her chapel length mantilla veil was also of a bencon lace. She carried a nosegay of white roses sprinkled with baby’s breath. Her attendants wore full length gowns of rose petal crepe. The empire bodice was of nottingham lace with lace ruffle outlining the square bodice and short puffed sleeves. A tie sash softly accented the waist. Each carried a nosegay of pink and white rosebuds sprinkled by baby’s breath. The bride is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin where she was treasurer of Delta Delta Delta sorority, Angel Flight and Pi Omega Pi The bridegroom is also a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and was a member of Delta Tau Delta fraternity After a wedding trip to Hawaii, Mr. and Mrs. Kelley will make their home at 6855 Highway 290 East, Austin, where he is employed as Sergeant at Arms of the Texas House of Representatives
