Symposium at SPACThe seventh annual educators convocation iscurrently underway atSaratoga Performing Arts Center.Sponsored jointly by the SPAC education Department, the State University of New York and the New York State Department of Education, the meeting has drawn nearly 7(H) educators from New York and New England ranging from college presidents to junior high school teachers.The three-dav symposium on the performing arts has included an outdoor concert by madrigal singers from Fredonia College, reception for Mrs. Igor Stravinsky for her painting display, attendance at New York City Ballet performances.Today at 9:30 a.m. they will attend a chamber concert by the Dorian Quintet, followed by a round table discussion on Stravinsky.Actress Mildred Dunnock will lecture, followed by attendance at a performance of Ring Round the Moon by the Juilliard Acting Co. at the Spa Summer Theatre.Thursday, they will hear a lecture on visual arts with Ixiwrence Allow ay, followed by a lecture-demonstration by New York City Ballet principal dancer Edward Villella. Closing the day will be a concert by the Syracuse Symphony Rock Ensemble.
