A man who gave his name as Bur ton Jones and who claims Westbrook as his home was taken from one of the trains at West Kennebunk Sunday night by Deputy Sheriff Ernest J. Jones on a charge of intoxication and was brought to Biddeford and locked up in the police station over night. This morning Deputy Jones and Offi cer Littlefield came over and took Jones to Kennebunk, where he was ar raigned before Judge H. H. Bourne on a charge of evading his carfare on the Boston Maine railroad. He pleaded guilty and the fine and costs amounted to $24. He paid and was discharged.
